Salad Spotted - $7.99
It’s been a while since I’ve posted in the Salad Spotting category. I just found about this great-sounding deal at Whole Foods - $7.99 for a make your own salad. Normally the Whole Foods salad bar can run your bill if you’re not careful with how many heavy tomatoes you throw in, but it looks like the store is dropping the ounce restriction on their salads. I’ll have to investigate. But for now here’s the verbage from Whole Foods:

When I make my rabbit run over there, I’ll let you know!

Wowza! I hope this deal is one rolled out to all Whole Foods and not this particular locale. I do know that Whole Foods has been trying to repurpose themselves as the budget store. Maybe this is something they’re trying to reach that goal?

Hi Mike, Thanks for your comment. I did not know Whole Foods was trying the budget angle. I’m going to have to run over there and try the salad bar to see if WF is restricting the leaf mania somehow. It would be great if it was all-you-can-pile-on and in every store.
