					<description>Silverlake/Echo park slime?  Them's fighting words.  I think a little more art community in Alhambra would be cool.  I'm actually surprised more hipsters don't live out here.  Alhambra's really close to downtown and the freeways. Food is great, abundant, and cheap out here and so is parking.  Alhambra is a very large town and most likely could not get overrun by hipsters.  Oh yah, foot massages are only $15 out here. Perhaps there is already an artist neighborhood out here as the above listings are near each other.  Alhambra also has Nucleus Gallery and a handful of theater companies.</description>
