Angelenos for Chicago
I guess I’m not the only Angeleno who’s recently been wowed by Chicago. LATimes columnist Steve Lopez opines today about how the Windy City has its act together better than us. Afterall Chicago beat us out for the 2016 Summer Olympics bid. Lopez writes, "So we landed in Chicago, where folks in museums, hotels, restaurants and shops seem to have formed some kind of a pact to be helpful, polite and welcoming.
If we’d stayed more than three days, I would have had to start slapping people." Hahaha!
